• Without reciprocity: no need to restore fairness

Reciprocal contracts

• Money for goods (sales contract)

• Goods for goods (exchange contract)

• Money for service (working contract, service contract)

• Money for use (loan, rent, lease, license agreement)

Not reciprocal:

• donation contract

• Interest-free loan agreement
